I just love this series.
This time we are in Hollywood during the early 1950's. Lily is on set on a new blockbuster being filmed,; she's aware that the leading Kitty Fox makes a disappearance and tries to find out the reason.
This story is packed with mystery, history, love and friendships, as well as the usual Hollywood clashes.
I sincerely hope this isn't the last we see of Lily, Louis and Tilda.

I just love love love this series and Book 3 is my favourite of a favourite

Lily is still in 1950’s LA, specifically Beverley Hills and Hollywood and she ‘knows’ Kitty Fox ( actress ) will disappear forever and the mystery remain unsolved….but can she change why she disappears?

It is a proper ‘whodunit’ and all the old gang are back and some new additions, ranging from obnoxious to Hollywood starlet

The ‘time slip’/time travel is so so well done and I love how Lily occasionally says something from now and realises and I love how she can see how life has evolved, for good and bad, since the 50’s, I also enjoy the feel of old glam
Hollywood, the stars and the romance and the unbridled luxury and the old time big deal sandwiches from Schwab’s, if only Lily could take me there for a few weeks to experience it

Unusually for me I looked up a few things mentioned from the 50’s inc a Hermes bag and a candy, found it fascinating

I can’t honestly tell you how much I enjoy these books, I wish there were 33 not 3 and has to be my fav series of books
