Confession is a gripping and fast paced legal thriller that kept me hooked from beginning to end. As the third book in the series, it brings even more intensity and emotion. Thane is such a compelling character, flawed but determined to fight for justice, even when the odds are stacked against him.
This story dives deep into tough topics like corruption, violence, and moral choices, and it does so in a way that’s suspenseful and thought provoking. The twists were surprising, and the danger felt real, especially with threats against Thane’s family. I loved how the courtroom scenes were detailed yet easy to follow, and the writing felt like I was watching a legal drama unfold on screen.
If you enjoy legal thrillers with complex characters and high stakes, this book (and series) is definitely worth reading. Thane’s journey just keeps getting better with each book!

I was issued this book by NetGalley for my unbiased review.
This book was not your normal legal thriller. There were a lot of twists and turns, but even more than normal. Very interesting characters keep the book moving. The lawyer is very much different than most characters in legal thrillers.
I will gladly read more from Michael Cordell.

Michael Cordell wrote a great thriller that has well developed characters and the story kept you interested and wanting to keep reading so you could see how it ended. I thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely read another with the same characters and law firm. Thank you for the opportunity to read and review the book.
