Need a new story for the first day of school?? Well this book is a perfect story for students to giggle, and practice procedures for story time. I had fun when reading this story of children super heroes who had an exciting first day of school. Their pet hamster, maybe not so much of an exciting day. This is a great story for all elementary age levels!

My 7 year old is having a blast tearing through graphic novels right now, and I was really excited to share this with her. She read this in one night she loved it so much. She loved the characters and felt like she could totally relate to how they felt. I plan on doing a reread with her at the end of the summer as well!

The super students in Stan’s class have many powers. A diverse cast of characters.
Highly recommend to teachers and parents of young ones.

As soon as I finished, my daughter said, “Can you read that again? I loved it!” It was a super cute book with wonderful illustrations. This is a cute comic that would be good for kids starting school for the first time or for young kids starting at a new school. It’s short and simple. The super hero theme is fun and engaging. I could see this providing an opportunity for kids and grownups to talk about first day of school concerns in a fun and silly way. I could also see this as helping to build confidence in nervous kiddos. This teacher approves!
