whilst this concept is so interesting to me, it unfortunately read bible-like, which is ironic because I think the point was the opposite - the illustrations are stunning and it's definitely an easy read, but if it had more personable writing, it would've been better

This book, though beautifully written, was slightly confusing. A moralistic love story between stars was a bit unexpected yet entirely heartwarming. However, the writing was undeniably gorgeous. An adventure, but a metaphorical question mark as well.
