2.5/5. Thank you Netgalley for the opportunity to read this arc. It wasn’t for me but it is for someone out there. I am grateful for the opportunity either way.

Feud by Berry Michel is a well-written novel that delves deep into political drama and personal conflict. While the prose is strong and the structure solid, the subject matter didn’t resonate with me. The political themes felt heavy and dominated much of the story, which made it hard for me to stay engaged.
That said, I can appreciate the author’s craft and the clear intent behind the narrative. This book might be a great fit for readers who enjoy intricate political plots and character-driven drama—but it’s important to know what you’re getting into. If political tension isn’t your cup of tea, this one may not hit the mark.
