Wow, this book really had a grip on me... it being so oppressive in describing the family life of Peggy, Samson, and Drew. It being layered with how you can appreciate one person and dislike it at the same time, the interdependence of those that make up a family or household, friendship, or being colleagues at work.
But the second part was not as convincing, for me it lacked both the feeling of being glued to the page and the ending that was sort of expected, but still not quite and left me slightly confused.
