I don't defend blonde men very often but Austin is definitely my new favourite blondie who needs to be protected at all costs!

This was a fun and speedy romance - Gabby wasn't all that likeable at the beginning but her development throughout definitely made up for it. It was the sweetest friends to sort of? enemies to lovers and I really enjoyed it!

i love the cover for this book. it bought me right in and falling hard for it on instant. i so wanted what was inside to feel just as great and did. its sooooo did.
what i loved about this book so much was how someone was genuinely trying to do right, or right wrongs. trying to do the work to earn trust. and not just for lust or you know a date so to speak. but because they cared. she cared. and wanted to show the growth, show the sorrow, show in the end yes love.
and what a story to get involved in. i thoroughly enjoyed their story and it felt so cute, sweet but also deeper and emotional too in all the right places.
i really liked this book and would recommend it to all and anyone. sometimes you need a book that isn't going to flaw you or overwhelm you. one that has just enough angst that you care but still makes you feel good, hopeful and lifted. and this one for me did all that. and i loved getting down to read it each time i did.

I have enjoyed Estelle’s books since I was a tween reading the DIMLY series and I have liked growing with her books and audience base.

I enjoyed the relationship between Gabby and Austin and her regaining his trust and love felt earned rather than rushed or taken for granted. The wider cast of characters were all fun and I would happily return to this world for future books.

I love Estelle Maskame. I highly enjoyed all of her previous books and this one was just as good! What a beautiful concept and it was executed perfectly. I think it will satisfy her previous fans and create many new ones. Beautiful cover as well!
