Lost and Now Found is a book for someone like me - a late in life ADHDer, with a suspicion of also landing on the autism spectrum. Lost and Now Found shares the experiences from real life people, as well as information and tools to help you navigate life with AuDHD burnout. I did find it kind of hard to read, as it felt sort of dry, and my brain needs more stimulation. I do think this is a great read, just get ready to hyperfocus on this in one sittting.

Excellent, excellent book about finding yourself, accepting your neurodivergence, and navigating life.
I highly recommend this book to especially women who found out that they were autistic later in life.
It makes it all the more rewarding and promotes self-advocacy and self-compassion.
