This was a great book. It’s a psychological thriller full of family drama. Maybe domestic thriller? The twists were great and unpredictable. Definitely making my friends read this when it’s released so we can talk about it!

Wow!! What a fantastic book, one which really has the children as centre stage. I read it all in one day, I haven't been so captivated by a book in a very long time. It's beautifully written, and has a lovely ending which I kind of saw coming but didn't detract from the narrative. 5/5*

All the factors that make for a brilliant read are beautifully amalgamated in ‘My Daughter’s keeper’ by Sheila Norton.

To frame this novel into one genre doesn’t do it justice. It’s a family drama and a psychological thriller at its finest. On a related note, I was especially blown away by the twists that I never saw coming.

The realistic struggles, the intricate emotions, and the complexity of the family ties all added such depth and rawness to the storyline.

I, hereby, quote the author ,“Because a relationship between a man and a woman can be fraught with problems - it can be long term or it can be transient - but a relationship with a child is the greatest gift we can be given.”

Many thanks to NetGalley, the publisher, and the author for the e-ARC of this captivating novel.
