The Creative CTO redefines the Chief Technology Officer as more than a technical expert—portraying the role as a creative, strategic, and cultural leader. Through real-world examples, it shows how CTOs can balance innovation with delivery, foster high-performing teams, communicate effectively across audiences, and navigate personal resilience. The book blends strategic frameworks with actionable tools, such as the “Three Horizons” model and stakeholder mapping. It urges CTOs to integrate ethical considerations into technology decisions, recognizing their influence on business and society. Insightful and practical, it offers a blueprint for technology leaders to drive innovation, alignment, and long-term organizational success.

This was an interesting book. I must admit that some of the concepts were a little beyond me, but generally I found the book to be very informative. Well written.
