This was an absolute joy from start to finish. Michael’s trademark confidence (borderline over-confidence) mixed with Stanley’s laid-back goofiness makes for an irresistible duo full of laughs.

The book is full of clever dog-themed puns, lively dialogue, and illustrations that fit perfectly.

It’s adventure, humour, and heart all wrapped up in one delightful read. A perfect treat for kids (and dog-lovers!) and it shows exactly why Michael’s such a paw-pular character.

I loved how this book balances laughs and genuine heart. Michael’s overconfidence and determination not to lose the spotlight is frustrating at times, and yet he’s utterly lovable.
