My mouth is WATERING.
I really enjoyed the stories throughout, and the simplicity of the recipes. The pictures were beautiful and told a wonderful tale.
I do wish it seemed a little more authentic; I appreciate that he brought it back to where many people would probably be more comfortable making these recipes, but some of them I was hoping would be like the recipes I get when I order from an authentic restaurant.
If that's a me problem I totally understand, but I do wish he co-authored with an Indian chef to ensure that authenticity.
Overall, though, it was beautifully crafted and I am genuinely excited to try these recipes! I encourage everyone to take a look at these recipes and try something new!!!
4 garlic naans out of 5

Accessible grouping of recipes. Attractive photography (Albeit poorly laid out); not interested in double page spreads with a single photo and no recipes. Too much filler (between extra photo spreads and rambling intros) rather than focusing on the recipes
Layout and fonts very difficult to read although this could be a problem with the NetGalley reader on PC and phone so not considering these factors in my rating.
