I really like all of masisies book but this one was hard to get into and read it I did finish it but to be honest it wasn't as good as the first one.... It just felt like the people where just going through the motions.

Welcome back to the Dunbar's hotel. During war ot has become a storage house and so much more. Catch UP with the.girls, take part of their daily life.. Spiced with tough and heartbreaking decisions, heroic acts, and new ideas and beginnings. And of course filled with hope. I really enjoy this series.
Thank you to netgalley for letting me read this e arc in exchange for an honest opinion

Book two.
Can they keep fighting for their dreams.
Dunbar's wartime hotel 1942 is now been used for storage of bombed out homes furnishure. All people's belongings till they are found new homes.
Kitty, Beatrice and Lily are also members of the WVS always busy as well as taking care of their home lives. Never a dull moment.
This author has once again captured a unique story that is already becoming a wonderful series with the added bonus blending in based on the home front girls subject that will draw readers in with their hearts.

Hopeful Hearts at the Wartime Hotel follows three women Kitty, Lily and Beatrice. They all have different love woes and difficult situations in their respective lives but throughout it all there friendship remains steady. The plot is brimming with historical detail and a richly emotional blended feeling. The characters are lively and strong. I enjoyed the experience of knowing them and their backgrounds. This is a historical saga that is built to be read and I feel like it is only just getting started.

In 1942 Manchester, Kitty is forced to close the family hotel due to her husband's debts. she decides to share her home with three other people. looking forward to more books in the series.
