It really is exactly what it says on the tin, "curious facts about everything". I have to say that I am rather disappointed by it. It reads like a random collection of facts without any depth or details.

This is a great fact book but it’s in black and white. The facts are organised by category with a good contents page at the beginning. You can read each fact in order which is written like a list and each one is numbered from 1-1500. Me and my 10 year old have loved reading them together! Some we knew many we did not!

We particularly liked the facts on Chocolate and the weather.

This would have been 5 stars had it been in colour. I’m guessing the physical book will be a standard paperback rather than a full colour hardback, which is a real shame.

Brilliant fun. Perfect for children and adults alike who what a bit of fun, or to learn something new. So many facts, on so many topics. The facts range across the years, world and universe. They touch on every topic you can think of, well many many many at least.
Having read the book I started using the facts to ask my daughter and friends questions. We had such a laugh, with their right answers, their wrong answers and their surprise at some of the answers.
Thank you to Collins Kids and NetGalley for the ARC. The views expressed are all mine freely given.

Divided into chapters according to topics ranging from human body to Amazon, art to reptiles, this is a non-fiction book aimed for children.
The facts are listed, coupled with cute illustrations and presented in a reader-friendly way.
The facts are fascinating and you can start at any page, any chapter, any fact. They are also interesting conversation starters with children.
