Diary of a Cult Girl by Crystal Ball is a gripping and deeply moving memoir that offers an unflinching look into life inside one of America’s most quietly dangerous religious cults. Told through her own journals and letters, Crystal’s story is raw, haunting, and impossible to forget. Her courage in documenting her experience and later analyzing the psychological chains of control makes this not only a powerful personal narrative but also an important work of testimony. I was completely absorbed from start to finish and gave this book five stars for its honesty, insight, and emotional impact.

This a hard read for me. Not because it was a bad book but because of what the writer has to go through. I have always been interested in people's stories and I would definitely recommend this.
