Rayann and Max were such a fun couple to read about! Talk about opposites attract in a high stakes setting. I loved the ex military aspect having had family in the military. I highly enjoyed reading their banter!

A chaotic heroine, a broody spreadsheet man, and a forced trip to Scotland? ✈️🏴 This romcom was equal parts funny, spicy, and messy in the best way!

This was such a cute romcom! I really enjoyed it, and honestly the Scotland setting made it even better.
The story follows Rayann, a whirlwind of chaos and impulsivity, who ends up on a work trip to Scotland with her company’s Chief of Security, Max - the picture of control, calm, and order (basically a human spreadsheet 🤭). The two couldn’t be more different, but the chemistry between them was undeniable. Between navigating their attraction, emotional struggles, and their jobs, things get deliciously complicated.
The pacing was fast and easy to read. I finished it in one sitting because it kept pulling me in. The spice was spicing! 🔥 Max trying (and failing) to restrain himself around Rayann had me internally screaming, “just lose the control already!!” The banter was another highlight; their back-and-forth kept things light and fun while still brimming with tension.
Max completely stole my heart. I’m always here for a man who knows what he wants, states it clearly, and goes after it with intensity. Rayann was fun and fierce, but I did get a little frustrated with how much she spiraled even after realizing her feelings. Still, I understood that her hesitation came from the weight of such a big decision.
Some tiny nitpicks: I didn’t fully understand why they were “enemies” at first (beyond banter), and I laughed when their date logistics didn’t quite add up (two cars going, one car coming back 🤔). But those details aside, the emotional payoff was worth it - both of them really did end up wrecked by each other.
Thank you NetGalley, Wild Magnolias Press, and Kate Sweden for this ARC!

This book was a classic rom-com. Not only were there moments where the characters (mainly Rayann) would say downright hilarious things, but I also just couldn’t help root for these characters to end up together. I liked how the plot was set up and how Rayann and Max came to be together. I do wish we had gotten a bit more background on both Rayann and Max prior to ending up in Scotland. I think it would’ve rounded out the characters a bit more. Getting to know Rayann’s family, in my opinion, would’ve added another layer to the plot. If the book were a bit longer, with additional background of all characters, I believe this book could’ve been a solid 4⭐️ read. Can’t wait to read the next book in the series, which is going to be about Brynn, Rayann’s twin sister!!
All in all, if you’re looking for a hilarious, banter filled book with just the right amount of romance, this book is definitely for you!!
Thank you so much to Kate Sweden and NetGalley for this ARC!!

When Rayann, the chaotic planner, is paired with the grumpy OCD security lead, Max, what could go wrong?!? Wrecked by You is a cute Rom Com with great banter and has more than a few laugh out loud moments. Rayann is easy to like with her inner monologues and snappy comebacks. It's a fact paced book.

This was a sweet and somewhat spicy read that I sort of enjoyed. Rayann was a bit annoying and I wanted to smack her more than once. My biggest issue is that for a date, they each drove to the restaurant separately but Max drove her home. There was no other talk about her vehicle or how she got it back from the restaurant. Annoying!!

You place a couple in Scotland and I am here for it. Besides that this is a cute little romance story with plenty of ups and downs. Not going to break the genre but a nice entry. Recommend. 4 stars.

This was a strong start to the Wilder Horizons series, it had that feel that I was looking for and was engaged with the spicy element. The characters had that overall feel that I was looking for and was glad I got to read this, it left me wanting to read more in this series. I was glad I got to read this from Kate Sweden and was invested in what was going on. I thought the enemy to lover worked perfectly together with the romantic comedy.

Rayann was smart, funny, and totally chaotic in the best way, while Max was calm, organized, and annoyingly attractive. Their chemistry was amazing, full of teasing, and tension. The Scottish Highlands setting was beautiful and made the story even more immersive. The story moved fast. I loved seeing how they pushed each other, sometimes out of their comfort zones, sometimes just to annoy each other, and always with sparks flying. Overall, I laughed, I cried, and I couldn’t put it down. Thank you so much to the author and Netgalley for giving me the opportunity to read the book in advance, I received this for free and I'm leaving a honest review

This was a super cute read with good banter and laughing moments. Enemies to lovers with forced proximity. I really liked Max + Rayann 🫶 Great chemistry, loved how his calm, organized and prepared personality balanced her chaos...balanced each other. Plenty of spice. Definitely swooning for Max 😍 Can't wait to see what is in store for Rayann's sisters!

Wrecked by You… WOW! I absolutely loved this book and would definitely recommend it! It was full of teasing, tension, humor, and a lot of fun.
Rayann and Max grew so much together and challenged each other in the healthiest ways—pushing one another out of their comfort zones and reframing experiences. Their interactions were hilarious, and even though their relationship shifted from enemies to lovers, the teasing never disappeared.
I have to give a special shout-out to the conversation between Max and Murdo—he was an unofficial therapist indeed, and he did an amazing job. It was such a beautiful exchange, full of humor, empathy, challenge, and validation. Overall, Kate Sweden did an excellent job portraying how past experiences and mental health conditions shape the way we experience life.
Thank you, NetGalley, for the ARC - I really enjoy Wrecked by You and I'm looking forward to Challenged by You!

Rayann's job is to make sure that a million-dollar prewedding celebration in the scottish highlands ofes off smoothly. Her boss sends her a security chief and tension arises....
Love the banter. So many LOL scenes. Love the enemies to loves trope.
Thanks to the publisher for the arc.
