She’s NOT looking forward to seeing her ex, Zach now a sexy handyman who knows exactly how to push her buttons. But she won’t let anything distract her from the inn’s relaunch… right?
Zach is frustrated in more ways than one when his latest job brings him face-to-face with the girl who got away. He’s already agreed to renovate her family’s inn and he’s nothing if not a man of his word. But the last thing he wants is to work side-by-side with that stubborn, infuriating fine, totally gorgeous red head.
Sparks fly as they prepare for the big Halloween opening. Will Madison save The Cinnamon Spice Inn and have a second chance at love, or will it all go up in flames?

3 Stars love second chance romance! force proximity, loved the writing style, easy to follow. Narrator was easy to understand even at 1.5 speed

I saw the cover of this book and knew immediately what I was going to get. Can confirm, my assumptions were correct and I was treated to a cosy, low stakes romance in a quaint and idyllic setting.
I am a sucker for a second chance romance so I was immediately invested in Zach and Madison and wanted them to get past themselves and their history and do the damn thing. Of course, they did indeed do the damn thing and the spice kicked in pretty quickly. Of course, Zach didn't own any clothing other than flannel shirts and of course Madison was battling with her city girl vs quite town girl dilemma. Did I enjoy it even though it was predictable? Yes, yes I did.
I loved the setting of this story. I would like to book a stay at the cinnamon spice inn and I'd like to sit down for a cinnamon bun with Madison's Grandma. I know you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover, but if you look at this and immediately see a cosy romance that you want to get comfy with and lose yourself in, you won't be disappointed. Go for it!

Cozy romance just in time to get you in the spirit for fall! Madison leaves the hustle of NYC to return to her hometown when she gets a mysterious letter alluding to her father’s struggles and her family’s legacy inn. Determined to keep it thriving, she gets to work. However, the handyman for the job of getting it back up into shape is none other than her ex Zach who she’s not looking to reunite with. After a rocky ending and plenty of heartbreak, Madison and Zach have a lot of history to avoid but the town has other plans when it comes to a reunion and a bit of matchmaking.
This was a cute cozy romance and just what I was looking for as I dream of fall. I really hope more books come to this cozy series (like we’ve seen with the Pumpkin Spice Cafe series) and that we get more backstory development!

This is perfect for getting into cozy Autumn vibes! It's a sweet second chance romance with a "misunderstanding" trope and just the right amount of spice. I think marketing this as an "enemies to lovers" trope is a mistake however, because if anyone buys it for that trope they will be very disappointed (the main characters are not at any point enemies and both are salivating for eachother from the get go).
I did an immersive read of this and the narration is perfect! The right pace, inflections and use of tone for expressing emotions. Definitely will be recommending this audiobook and looking forward to reading the next book in the series. Thank you for the ARC!

The Cinnamon Spice Inn by Harper Graham and narrated by Andi Eloise, and Brandon Francis is the first book in the new Maple Falls series and was an audiobook that I just fell in love listening to it. It was so addictive from start to finish and the narrators Andi Eloise, and Brandon Francis were perfect and they just bought this audiobook alive.
It was a heart warming with a small town romance. This was Just what I wanted to listen to, especially as it was pouring down outside my window. I ended up snuggled on my sofa with my cavapoo and just listen to this audiobook. Just Perfect I loved this audiobook.
I highly recommend The Cinnamon Spice Inn Perfect for this autumn. 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Thanks to NetGalley, Bookouture and Bookouture Audio for this audio and ARC.

I was drawn to this book, by the enticing warm colours and feel of the front cover, hoping that it would get me ready for the season ahead, and it did not disappoint. I really enjoyed the small town vibe and the characters were very much giving the feeling that I get when I have watched such programs as the good witch (the only issue I had was some of the characters voices on the audio were very irritating but I'm sure this is a personal issue). There was plenty of chemistry and heat between the two main characters and the autumn descriptions were lovely
Thanks to Bookouture Audio and Netgalley for the e-arc in return for my honest thoughts and opinions

4.5⭐️
This was such a wholesome and cozy book! Filled with tension, second chance love, spice, and of course all the cozy autumnal vibes 🍂
The story follows Madison, who several years ago left Maple Falls only to return after receiving a mysterious letter.
While back, she helps get her parent’s Inn back on the map, all while fighting her feelings for her ex, Zak.
This book is a serious MUST, especially as we’re getting into the cozy season!
🎧 I listened to the audiobook of this story and it was so well narrated! I really felt immersed in the story and connected to the characters.

My thoughts 💭
The narrators did an amazing job with this one, it couldn’t have been done any better. 💖
This is the 1st book in the Maple Falls series and it is the perfect book to read or listen to in the fall.
Madison is a city girl from New York who get an anonymous letter that sends her back to her home town. While she is there she is trying her best to help her dad save The Cinnamon Spice in which is her families hotel.
Zach is someone from her past she is trying to avoid but when he see’s her OMG.
I don’t want to spoil it for anyone but this book was sooo cute, I loved the character, the setting and the plot.
Small town romances are my absolute favorite. 🤗
Thank you NetGalley for the ALC, I adored this audiobook.

I listened to the audiobook of this story; to me it is okay. I feel that both main characters (Maddie and Zach) are on a journey throughout this story of second chances at life and love. Dropping everything to rush back to her home and her hometown when she finds out that there are problems at the Inn (her home) shows how devoted Maddie is to her family. I especially like how the descriptions in the story makes you feel all those "autumny" feels; in the weather and the scents of the season.
What I don't care for is "steamy" action dropped into the story in an incongruous fashion (like the pantry). I liked the storyline; with the mystery letters being delivered around town; and to Maddie in New York. It is good seeing how Maddie matures and realizes that there is more than one way to do things. How she comes to realize that she tends to "run away" when things get too tough for her to process; that she needs to open up to her family and Zach.
This story has a Mayberry-esque town setting with warm and delightful characters. The writing is good. I did enjoy it.

The plot is set in a cozy small town called Maple falls. It has cozy fall romance vibes and is quite spicy.
Madison is a food critic living in New York. She returns to her small hometown of Maple Falls after receiving a letter asking her to help save her family’s beloved inn. The inn needs a lot of work sto be back to it’s former glory. Her ex-boyfriend Zach is a local handyman and he joins the renovation of the inn. As they work side by side to prepare the inn, old sparks reignite and also create tension. Because Madison’s home is New York and not Maple Falls.
If you like The dream harbor series you will also like this one.
I found it ok. Quite predictable but still a cozy fall read.

The audio was a cozy listen, I could listen to it while I drive in the rain to get to get around or at home surrounded by candles., since fall is coming along it’s the perfect book to start off with to bring those vibes.

Overall I enjoyed this one. I can't even explain why I'm not giving it 5 stars. It is definitely a small down cozy romance. I think maybe I wanted more depth about the reopening and Inn related things. The secrets and the lack of communication just really didn't do it for me like usual. I will continue with the series. I really enjoyed the narration.
Thank you to Netgalley for this ALC

I enjoyed the whole small town autumnal vibes, and I really loved a lot of the side characters so if any of them get their own book I’ll probably read it. It shouldn’t be marketed as enemies to lovers because I think they’re a bit angry for maybe one chapter and even then they’re both fantasising about each other constantly. The miscommunication was just silly and I don’t believe that it wouldn’t have been talked about at the time. I did find their relationship sweet. I’m usually not a big fan of second chance romances but in this case I did actually like it.

Thank you NetGalley for the ARC and opportunity to read this book. While the book was very cute and gave me all the autumn/fall vibes and the mystery of finding out who wrote the note. There was a lot of miscommunication between Madison and Zack that could’ve easily been avoided if they had just talked instead of jumping to conclusions and running away. I did very much enjoy the side characters especially Liam and Kit

Thank you netgalley and the publisher for letting me listen to The Cinnamon Spice Inn ARC

Such an easy fun read! I read this in less than 3 days.
The narrator is amazing. I would recommend this if you are looking for a cosy autumnal read. The only thing that I struggled with was the miscommunication trope but other than that, grab a chai latte and cosy up.

The Cinnamon Spice Inn is an absolutely charming read that perfectly captures the cozy spirit of fall. The cast of characters was warm and loveable, and the second chance romance felt heartfelt and genuine without being overdone. The setting gave off strong autumn vibes that made me want to curl up with a blanket and a pumpkin spice latte.
If you’re looking for a sweet, seasonal romance that will put you right in the fall mood, this one is a perfect pick!

This is your typical sweet and cozy hallmark romance book. We didn’t really get much of a build up into the characters before they were meeting, reminiscing (mostly sexual) and hating each other. I thought I missed something and ended up going back to the beginning lol. The sexual reminiscing within the first couple pages was way too quick for me and I feel didn’t really add anything.
Overall the characters were fun as well as the plot line and it gave the best cozy fall vibes!!

Cozy . Fall read . A cutesy mystery. If your looking for fall vibes , this is the book to read. Would make a good book to set the fall setting.

A lovely cosy read. I really loved this book. The story and characters are great. I couldn’t stop reading. I read Thai book within day as I just couldn’t get enough.
A great mix of humour and spicy moments. The best read to get me into the cozy autumn season. I really liked the narrator and pacing.
