I LOVED THIS!
The Cinnamon Spice Inn feels like slipping into your favourite flannel and sipping a pumpkin spice latte cozy, sweet, and with just the right kick of spice. Madison and Zach’s second-chance romance had me laughing, swooning, and shamelessly shouting “JUST KISS ALREADY!” through every delightful trope: forced proximity, small-town magic, and that perfectly frustrating dash of miscommunication.
Harper Graham absolutely nails the cozy vibes, Maple Falls practically leaps off the page, and Cocoa the rescue pup totally steals the show. This book is autumn in paperback form: warm, charming, and completely unputdownable.
The narrator brings it all to life with such warmth and charm that it feels like being read to by your best friend on a crisp autumn night.
A must-read for anyone craving Hallmark-movie charm, cinnamon-scented romance, and a happily-ever-after that lingers like the best kind of hug.
Thank you NetGalley and Bookouture Audio for sending this book for review consideration. All opinions are my own

This was an amazing story. The story made me want a pumpkin coffee to fit the mood of the story. The small mystery aspect in the story made it hard to put down. I love the romance between the main characters. The narrator did an amazing job bringing all the characters alive. I hope for the series to continue so I can met more people in the town.

Thank you netgalley for the ALC. This was cute. It was all the fall cozy vibes. It had a cute relationship. If you want something that is cute and sweet. Pick this up

A cozy small-town inn, the return of a long-lost love, and all the fall vibes you could want. 🍂✨ The Cinnamon Spice Inn is a second-chance romance filled with heart, family, and community. The perfect autumn read to curl up with alongside a warm drink! ☕
My thoughts : 💭
Thank you so much to @netgalley & @harpergrahambooks for this ALC copy of this book! The audiobook was done wonderfully and I really enjoyed the narration as well. The dual POV of Madison and Zach really brought you full immersed in the story and each perspective.
I enjoyed Madison so much as a lead female character and could really sympathize with her struggle between loving the life she once had in Maple Falls and for her family’s Inn but also wanting to see what lies beyond her small town. Seeing her successful career in New York and all she enjoyed about the city makes you realize why she had such a hard time leaving that as well.
Zach was the perfect small town, big heart but won’t worthy MMC. It’s was evident from the first time we see him and Madison together the sparks were still there, even though his heart had been hurt in the past. All the “first love” memories and moments these two flooded back when Madison came back to help with the Inn.
Gram and Madison’s father were a delight as well and of course the animal character we get in this like Coco the dog and two beloved highland cows. The small town was charming and caring for those who lived in it without being too nosey. I would totally go to one of the holiday craft nights the lady’s and Madison’s Gram hosted in town 😍😆.
The cozy setting and all the delicious baked treats had me craving cinnamon rolls and every fall goodie 🤤. I especially loved the heartfelt tie to Madison’s mother—the legacy she left, and how Madison reconnected with her childhood and her parents’ sacrifices 🥹. By the end, my heart was in a puddle!
This was the perfect cozy fall read, and I’d 💯 recommend picking it up, just be warned, it’ll have you wanting to book a stay at an inn in Maple Falls, where “you arrive as a stranger, but leave as part of the family.” 🥹

Thank you to NetGalley and Bookouture Audio for the ALC! All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Came for the cozy, fall vibes and stayed for the romance. This book was cute and gave all the small-town romance vibes with quirky side characters and a second chance romance. This story follows Madison and Zach- small-town girl who moves to the ‘big city’ and Zach, the small-town love interest that got away. The author did a good job of transporting the reader to Maple Falls, and I enjoyed the quirky side characters. I just wish that I could have become more invested in the romance between the main characters- I didn’t really buy this rekindled romance. I’m starting to believe that I just don’t like miscommunication tropes in romance books.
If you love Hallmark movies then this is definitely the book for you. If you are looking for a cozy, low-stakes romance with a splash of charm, then grab your pumpkin spice latte, a cozy blanket and take a trip to Maple Falls. For those that aren’t fond of spice, it has just the right amount of closed-door romance, and it’s not distracting to the story. The narrator for this book (Andi Eloise) was really good and her voice was oddly satisfying. I will for sure be looking for more books narrated by her.

The Cinnamon Spice Inn is the perfect warm and cozy read on a gloomy autumn day! Madison and Zach’s story is the perfect blend of adorable and frustrating!! Communication goes a long way & this book shows that time & time again. The mystery of bringing the Cinnamon Spice Inn back to life is complex and quirky, and leads to the most heartfelt and beautiful ending! I can’t wait for book 2, the Soiced Cocoa Cafe, and to read more about Maple Falls!!

The small town, Gilmore Girl vibes were fantastic, however the romance was not. There was no communication between the main characters basically the entire book. If they had talked there would have never been a problem.. it was irritating.
A quick read, and good on audio for the fall vibes, but definitely not a fave.
Thanks to NetGalley, Bookouture & Bookouture Audio for advance copies

This book was super cute and gave me spicy hallmark vibes. The conflict was enough to keep me listening from start to finish. The writing was great in this second chance romance--my favorite trope. The small town and the secondary characters were icing on the cake. I enjoyed Madison and Zach's journey back together. This is my first book by this author and it definitely won't be the last. The narrators were new to me, but I thought they did a great job bringing the characters to life. I received this book from Bookouture Audio and Netgalley. All opinions are my own.

I read this on a rainy night with a cup of tea, and it was exactly the kind of cozy escape I needed. The story is warm and full of heart, with the perfect small-town vibe.
I switched between reading and the audiobook, and I loved both. The narrator added so much to the stort. While this is a sweet, emotional, cozy romance it also has spice. The spicy scenes are well written and add perfectly to the story.
It’s a story about second chances, hope, and finding love (or falling back in love) when you least expect it. Was a perfect pick me up!

I tried both the audiobook and the print version, hoping one would make the story more engaging. Unfortunately, neither worked for me. The narration was fine, but it couldn’t bring depth to the flat, predictable plot or the shallow characters. Switching between formats didn’t help — the story just felt silly and underwhelming no matter how I consumed it.

After reading non-stop thrillers I was in the mood for something different. This popcorn romance filled the hole and I enjoyed the straight forward plot and cosy autumnal vibes I got. The narrator was good and it had enough spice to make me want the two main characters to get together.
Perfect book if you want a quick romance read with likeable characters.
Thanks to NetGalley and Bookouture for the early copy.

Charming fall vibes 🤩 All the descriptions just made me want to cosy up in the blankets with hot cocoa.
The narration is amazing! The voice is so soothing, perfect for a cosy fall romance.
If you’re looking for a cosy small-town romance, then it’s the perfect one for you.
All the side characters are also great and add more fun to the book.
The thing that was not it for me - the miscommunication trope. I wish I had known it before starting to read the book. It's just so frustrating, most of the book the MCs are just going through all their anxiety, and it could so easily be fixed with just them talking to one another.
With thanks to NetGalley and Bookouture for the ALC

I thought this was a really cozy read! A second-chance romance, small town, “Gilmore Girls” type of vibe.
I really liked setting-with perfect fall small town. I also really liked the MMC, I liked that he was such a town golden boy… but because he actually was a good person.
I liked the narrator, obviously would’ve loved two different narrators since we get both the FMC and MMCs perspective.

Thank you NetGalley and Bookouture Audio for an advanced readers copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. The Cinnamon Spice Inn by Harper Graham is the exact amount of cozy, fall, fun and romance compiled into a novel. The Cinnamon Spice Inn is a romance novel about food critic (Madison) trying to save her parents Inn in Maple Falls whilst working alongside her childhood sweetheart and ex boyfriend (Zach). Madison is set with having to make hard choices to determine the inns future, her careers future, and a potential love interest. This novel is the exact kind of content Ive been looking for for some readers that are asking for some fall recommendations. This novel has tropes of small town vs. city life, second chance romance, childhood sweethearts, miscommunication and enemies to lovers making this similar to Gilmore Girls/ Stars Hollow and Rory's romances. Graham gives precise details of setting the scene for certain locations in the book making it feel familiar and cozy. I Can't wait to share this title with fellow readers.

I finished listening to my first @NetGalley approval: The Cinnmon Spice Inn.
This is a very cute and well written book. If you ever wanted to read a hallmark movie set in fall but with a little bit of spice... this is that book.
One day, Maddie gets a mysterious letter begging her to come home and help save her family's inn. Which should be easy except Maddie is 100% sure she will run into the love of her life, home town good boy, Zach. Why is that a problem? Well lets just say... it didnt end well. Maddie must deal with Zach, figure out who sent that letter and save her family's inn!
For a spicy book, I appreciate not having sex for sex sake but because it made sense for the characters. The setting felt very cozy. The author did a great job setting the scene. I felt like i could see Maddie, Grandma, the Honeymoon Suite ans of course, Maddie's little home town, adorably named, Maple Falls.
That said... if you have ever watched a hallmark movie, then this entire book was predictable. Sometimes I often found myself responding and then the character would say the same thing, word for word. Additionally, I do sense a lack of any characters of color not just as a main character but even the MFC friends, family, or actually... anyone in town at all! As a reader of color that's always slightly concerning. Where do you live where there are zero people of color?
Overall though, it was well written and cute. Due to the lack of diversity and predictability, I dont know that I would read more from this series but for a one and done, it gave everything I would except a spicy hallmark movie to give. Its a cute, cozy, funny little romance for a rainy day.

I really wanted to love this book, I love cozy fall small town reads, but it just wasn’t for me. I’m not a fan of the miscommunication trope, or what felt over exaggerated lack of communication between the FMC and MMC. I grew tired of the repetitive inner monologue of the characters and felt over half of the book could have been resolved with one or two very reasonable conversations. The overarching storyline is cute and reminded me of a hallmark movie. Excellent narration.

If you’re looking for a cozy, small-town romance that feels like Sweet Home Alabama meets Gilmore Girls, this is the perfect pick. Set in Maple Falls, Madison is a coffee-loving city girl, and Zach is the dependable handyman who never left their hometown. The chemistry between them crackles with that classic “big city vs. small town” tension, but underneath it all is a heartfelt second-chance romance between childhood sweethearts.
The tropes hit all the right spots—forced proximity, small-town charm, second chance love, and a touch of miscommunication. The miscommunication wasn’t overdone, though I did find myself wishing the characters had done a little better at actually talking through their issues once they realized communication was a problem. On top of that, there was a little plot twist I wasn’t expecting, which made the story even more engaging.
The spice level is just right—not too spicy, but enough to give the romance some extra warmth. I loved the mix of sweetness, heart, and a little heat.
The audiobook narration by Andi Eloise was wonderful—she really brought Madison and Zach to life and made it easy to get swept up in the tension, banter, and softer moments of the story.
Overall, The Cinnamon Spice Inn was such an enjoyable listen, perfect for fans of small-town romances with cozy, nostalgic vibes.
✨ Thank you to Harper Graham, NetGalley and Bookouture Audio for the ALC in exchange for my honest review!

A cozy fall romance that was exactly the palate cleanser I needed. Sweet, heartwarming, and full of seasonal charm—it’s the perfect book to curl up with under a blanket on a crisp autumn evening.

Thank you so much NetGalley and publisher for the ARC of The Cinnamon Spice Inn!

This had such peak fall vibes🍂 it felt very reminiscent of the Dragonfly Inn from Gilmore Girls and I loved the setting!
I will say, for this book being less than 400 pages there was an INSANE amount of miscommunication… it was to the point where I don’t think Madison ever communicated anything efficiently? She was so rude and inconsiderate of how her actions affected others. Zach was entirely too good for her and their whole on again off again relationship felt so frustrating and almost toxic. I would not under any circumstances associate this book with the enemies to lovers trope, considering they were ready to jump eachothers bones the moment they so much as looked at each other 💀
Overall I’d say read this for the vibes and the side characters 🍂🍁🎃

The world-building is amazing: I want to visit Maple Falls now! I can imagine it very vividly up to the smells, i want to visit the coffee shop, taste that chocolate and those cinnamon rolls! Loved the secondary characters: people living there sound so nice, and the narration really did a good job of bringing them to life. The two lovers thought? Nothing. I feel like we don't have much to get attached to them. Their love story is disappointing as it is marked by miscommunication, more specifically, they don't communicate enough. Why do they love each other? Unsure.
