This is an extremely complicated book. Just think that the main character talks about herself in the third person, and it took me a while to understand this. Furthermore, the events are not recounted in chronological order, which means you have to read very carefully to try to reconstruct a story that makes sense. I requested a copy of this book because I had read this author's poems and enjoyed them very much. I had also read her biography on Wikipedia, and I am inclined to think that in this latest book, she and the protagonist share more than one similarity. Perhaps I would start with something simpler, especially since this is the last novel written by Ditlevsen.

Questo é un libro estremamente complicato, basti pensare che il personaggio principale racconta di sé in terza persona e giá per capire questo ci ho messo un po'. Inoltre i fatti non sono raccontati in modo cronologico e questo porta a dover fare una lettura piuttosto attenta per cercare di ricostrouire una storia che abbia un senso. Ho chiesto una copia di questo libro perché di questa autrice avevo letto le poesie e mi erano piaciute molto, inoltre avevo letto anche la sua biografia su wikipedia e mi viene da pensare che in questo suo ultimo libro, lei e la protagonista condividano piú di una somiglianza. Magari comincerei con qualcosa di piú semplice, anche perché questo é l'ultimo romanzo scritto dalla Ditlevsen.
