92 QUICK & HEALTHY RECIPES FOR EVERY DAY by Maryna Verbyk delivers on its promise of "Simple Everyday Meals Ready in 35 Minutes or Less." Most recipes use a half dozen ingredients or less and all seem relatively easy to prepare. There are several that I would like to try, including One-Pan Baked Salmon & Veggies and Chicken Pesto Lettuce Wraps. All of the recipes appear on a two-page spread with an attractive photo on one side (plus time to prepare; ease of preparation rating, calorie information, number of servings) with a list of ingredients and instructions on the other side. This format is very user-friendly, especially for new cooks. However, there is not a lot of variety in the spices (if any) that are used and several of the 92 recipes seem to be very slight variations on each other (e.g., #38 - Zucchini Fritters; #46 - Sweet Corn and Zucchini Fritters and #89 - Zucchini Corn Fritters OR #53 - Broccoli and Cheese Stuffed Potatoes and #70 - Broccoli Cheddar Stuffed Baked Potatoes OR #4 - Chicken Avocado Wraps; #62 - Chicken Caesar Wraps and #79 - Chicken Caesar Pita Pockets). It is not clear to me why these weren't just listed as a variation of each other. And why were they spaced so randomly in the text? If a chef had potatoes, cheeses and broccoli on hand, wouldn't they want to glance quickly at such similar recipes?

92 Quick & Healthy Recipes for Every Day is a cookbook for beginners with recipes for only one or two people. The ingredients are easy to find and not too numerous. That makes this cookbook a great gift for young/new adults moving out of their family’s home for the first time.
The recipes are quick and healthy, if a bit simplistic for anyone familiar with cooking. How simple is making a wrap with cooked chicken and avocado? The recipes are rated as either easy or medium difficulty but they all seem okay for beginners. Each recipe has a full color photo. They also include calories but that is the only nutritional information provided. Sorry, protein junkies and any carb-obsessed chefs. Strangely, there are two duplicated recipes so only 90 are included.
Overall, 92 Quick & Healthy Recipes for Every Day is a straightforward way to learn to cook with minimal effort or expense. 4 stars!
Thanks to NetGalley and the author for providing me with a review copy.

Quick and healthy...
I would make every recipe in this cookbook. I liked the clean and neat layout with color photos and the how I really would make every recipe. It is all the tasty and healthy foods that I like to eat with new ideas and that I can make it in about 30 minutes or so. This takes the work out of eating well, eating healthy and doing it in less time and clean up.
I highly recommend this book.
Just get it.

This is a very basic cookbook, so yes these are simple and easy recipes. I don't like the fact that it does not provide any Nutrional information for these recipes.

The recipes are fantastic! Simple, easy to follow, healthy, nutritious. Perfect for everyday meals. I love that everything can be made in 35 minutes or less, which makes it easy for busy weeknights without sacrificing flavor or quality.
The only drawback for me was the font and the food styling—it felt a little off-putting and distracted from the beauty of the recipes. That said, the content more than makes up for it. The recipes stand out on their own and are absolutely worth cooking again and again.
Overall, it’s a solid five-star cookbook and one I’ll keep coming back to for quick, easy meals.
Thank you NetGalley & Victory Editing for sending this book for review consideration.

I received an advance ebook copy of 92 Quick & Healthy Recipes for Every Day by Maryna Verbyk from netgalley.
Just as the title states, Quick and healthy meals that are simple. And the photos? They'll make you want to eat every last Recipe.

Thank you to NetGalley for sending me an Advance Reader copy of this lovely book of recipes! 92 Quick and Healthy Recipes for Every Day is just that.
Each recipe tells serving size, calorie content, as well as the degree of difficulty. There are pictures of each recipe with a full description of how to prepare the recipe.
I am going to be using these recipes in the future.

Lots of good ideas for someone with limited time and skill with cooking. I did find one recipe that I know I’ll make. Some recipes were super simple, like a child could make. Others a little more involved but nothing too challenging.

Almost everyone is trying to find ways to save time in the kitchen. Most of us don’t have more than about 30 minutes to spend on lunch or dinner, and want appealing recipes that are quick and easy to make and call for ingredients that we already have on our pantry shelves, in our refrigerators, or in our freezers. Maryna Verbyk recognized readers’ needs and has compiled a cookbook full of quick and easy ideas with emphasis on being healthy. 92 Quick & Healthy Recipes for Every Day: Simple Everyday Meals Ready in 35 Minutes or Less has dozens of fresh and health recipes that are quick to put together and taste good.
Each recipe is written in the traditional manner with the ingredients listed first, followed by step-by-step instructions. There is information at the beginning that lists the calories and information about the health aspects of the dish such as vegan, protein rich, high fiber, etc. The recipes are accompanied by nice, colorful photographs.
One problem with the book is that some of the recipes are duplicates. Another is that there are no page numbers and no index. There is a table of contents that lists each recipe, but doesn’t give a page number. The Kindle edition doesn’t even have links so readers can easily go to the recipe by clicking on the name; readers must go through the pages one-by-one until they come to the right recipe.
All told, this is a cookbook by an author who has good intentions, but needs an editor or publisher to add the missing important features.
Special thanks to NetGalley for supplying a review copy of this book.

I loved the fact that the recipes were really easy to follow. Simple steps with the key information and ingredients neatly laid out and little extra tip for variations. The images were AI generated though. They look good but it would have been nice to see real photos of the recipes. There were also a couple of recipes that were duplicated which is a shame.
Also I'm not sure if it was an issue with these NetGalley copies or a real issue but the contents page had the 92 recipes listed but the book only had 53 so our copies were missing the second half of the book sadly.

I love how straight forward this book is. No messing - just 92 recipes for many savoury dishes, most of which come in around the 400-500 calorie mark, so perfect for a sufficiently filling breakfast, lunch or dinner. Ingredients are common and therefore easy to source, and instructions are easy to follow.
My thanks to NetGalley, author and publisher for the opportunity to review this book in exchange for an advance copy.

I was genuinely excited to get my hands on this book. Who doesn't want quick and simple meals, especially during the week when time is tight? And honestly, 92 Quick & Healthy Recipes for Every Day delivers exactly what it promises: fast, fuss-free meals that are actually tasty and wholesome.
What stood out to me right away, and what I really appreciated, is that every recipe is portioned for two. You don't see that often in cookbooks, and for a household of two like ours, that's a game-changer. It makes weekday cooking so much easier. No need to scale things down or deal with awkward leftovers - we open the book, pick something, and we're cooking within minutes.
The recipes are straightforward, perfect for beginners, yet still interesting enough for those who are familiar with the kitchen. The ingredients are pantry-friendly, and most dishes come together in about 30 minutes, which is ideal when you're juggling multiple tasks.
I also liked that each recipe includes the cooking time, calorie count, and difficulty level, which is super helpful for planning. There are also some tips and tricks scattered throughout, which are a nice touch.
The one thing that was missing was more detailed nutritional information. Personally, I would have liked to see a more detailed dietary breakdown, especially since the book leans heavily into the "healthy eating" angle. Additionally, when they suggest optional add-ins or swaps, there's no information on how those might affect the calorie count.
Still, for what it is, a quick, healthy, no-nonsense recipe collection, this book is a solid win. It's not trying to be fancy or overcomplicated. Just real food, made simple. Great for busy weekdays, meal prep, or when you need dinner on the table without overthinking it.
Thanks to NetGalley and Victory Editing NetGalley Co-op for the ARC in exchange for my honest thoughts!

I appreciate the simplicity and ease of these recipes. They’re approachable and perfect for beginners and use ingredients that are readily accessible.
That said, the book itself lacked clear organization (there was no structure by alphabet, meal type, or ingredient) and several of the recipes were duplicates. For example, egg fried rice with veggies appears as both recipe 6 and recipe 54. At times, it felt more like a casual blog collection than a polished, published cookbook.
Thank you to NetGalley and Victory Editing NetGalley Co-op for this advanced copy in exchange for my honest review.

This is my kind of cookbook! The recipes are simple enough to make with relatively few ingredients. They're bright, which is important to me because I enjoy food more if it looks tasty. And there's a good variety, which is also important to me.

The recipes require few ingredients and are quickly prepared. The recipes do give the calories, but no further breakdown of carbs, protein or fats. The recipes are marked high protein, low sugar, etc which is helpful. There were at least two recipes which are repeated (one by a slightly different name, but same ingredients). I especially like that each recipe comes with a picture and I will be trying some of these recipes. They are not sorted by type of cooking or meal, so you will need to use the index or simply flip pages to find a recipe you want to try.

I've reviewed a lot of "Quick" recipe books over the years. In most of them, there are maybe a few recipes worth trying, while the rest are either too complicated or really take more time than advertised. This cookbook has a great mixture of recipes, each with very few ingredients (usually fewer than 8, including seasonings). Each recipe is accompanied by an appetizing photo (a "must have" in my review of cookbooks) and very simple instructions. I really wanted to try a large number (more than 20) of these recipes. I love that there are a large number of vegan recipes (as opposed to a majority of recipes withi chicken in other books). While the italic font is pretty, it's sometimes difficult to read the actual recipe, and the font size is too small overall. There's so much white space on the recipe pages, why not enlarge the font to make it more accessible for more people?
I'd definitely recommend this cookbook for folks who are short on time but want to eat healthy. It might just encourage me to join that club!
Thank you to the Victory Editing NetGalley Co-op for providing an advance review copy of this book. My opinions are my own.

These recipes are so easy, people often forget that cooking can be this simple. I have a lil doubt about the pictures by the recipes, some of them look fake but that doesn’t matter much. But I do have a little isue with the title being “92 recipes” but you only get 53? Was this on purpose? Or a mistake?

This is a cookbook that gets right to the recipes without pages and pages of writings you never read. It is basic, has easy recipes and is great for beginners and those who don't want all the hype of fancy, unachievable recipes. This has some nice recipes and colour photos but for me it was just that little bit too bland and a bit uninspiring.
Thank you NetGalley and ARC provided by Victory Editing NetGalley Co-op for giving me the opportunity to read and review this books.

I want to thank Netgalley and the author for gifting me the ebook. This recipe book I feel would be perfect for beginners or someone who is looking for a very simple and easy meal to make for dinner. This would be perfect gift for newly weds etc. I love it because the recipes are very easy to follow and the list of ingredients are things you already have or very short. Great for people on a budget also! Beautiful pictures to go a long with each recipe. Highly recommend!

This is an easy to understand and use cookbook for beginners.
I liked that it included the calories, number of servings, health labels, time and difficulty. While I think the images are helpful when deciding what to eat, they look to be AI generated.
Also, I cant decide if I like having all of the recipes on one page and not grouped by either protein, skill level, or some other way.
Overall, I would recommend this book to those who are very new in the kitchen.
