#MurderontheClock #NetGalley is the fourth book in this series, and I'm enjoying getting to know sisters Mercy and Lizzie, and of course, Mr. Poe.
Mercy wants to do something special for her sister's birthday, so she brings a watch in to be repaired, not expecting that simple act to become a murder investigation.
Mercy still feels someone is watching them, and she's not sure if it's a stalker or their father.

This series gets better with each book and I'm happy to recommend it to other readers.

This 4th book in the Mercy McCarthy series continues the mystery of whether the twins' father is watching them or if there is a stalker. Sightings on town cameras give them glimpses and often feel as though they are being watched. Mercy brings an old watch of her mother's to a repair shop and then the owner is found dead. The family of the shop has some long-running feuds with other families, which creates confusion as to who has a motive for killing off family members. Kieran and Mercy take a step forward in their relationship (finally) as he allows her to assist him with his investigation. As always Mr. Poe offers love and protection to all and continues to be the most beloved character.

Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for selecting me to read an advanced copy.

This is the fourth book of this series and they just keep getting better! Mercy and Lizzie and Mr. Poe are quite the little crime solving family. Add in the handsome detective inspector Kieran and they’re practically unstoppable! The clock maker in town ends up attacked and they’re on the case to find out what has happened! This little found family is so sweet and I love seeing how much Mercy melts a little more in each book. She loves this little village and all their friends in town it’s so sweet! And she’s as sharp as ever! Her and Kieran are a little team and I love reading about their adventures! Please never stop writing about Shamrock Cove! I love it here!

Murder on the clock is the latest Mercy McCarthy mystery by Lucy Connelly. This has quickly become one of my favorite series and this book did not disappoint. It was a joy to watch Mercy and Kieran work together for once and I hope that will continue in the future. The mystery was fun to figure out with several people having really good motives and I enjoyed solving it as Mercy did. I was also glad there were a few little romantic developments, but things could move faster in that department. I really enjoy visiting Mercy and Lizzie and I can’t wait for the next book to come out.

Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for allowing me to read this book. All opinions are my own.

Mystery author Mercy and her twin sister have settled into Irish life with loads of friends, including a dishy inspector. Luckily he is more willing to work with her when she discovers the local clock shop owner seriously injured and then a murder. They are several suspects but who did it? And why do they both continue to feel someone is watching them? Excellent

Part of a series featuring Mercy and her twin. Another mystery and murder to solve with the help of the fishy inspector. An easy but engrossing read.
