Prue once has been a lonely, smart child living in Jerusalem with her British father. Intelligent Prue is a good observer, so she has gathered many info - and some of them she used. But these were the cruel times and one often does not realize the sad burden that has been put on his soul.
Now, Prue, mother and artist, is living quietly by the sea. Yet the past is not forgotten and it is the time to face the past, to face the still hurting scars.

This authoress can write beautifully. Yet - the execution does not work for me. Maybe the experienced editor with the old soul's sensitivity might be able to help here by cutting many unnecessary subplots for us to see the naked truth about the loneliness, pain and facing our demons? Because for me, this is a story about the woman realizing that she has been bottling up too much pain made by cruelty she had seen and experienced - so that she has allowed her very soul to wither.
But life has a way with all of these dark secrets.

Also, I don't like the often twisted eroticism here. Let me explain - this is by no means an erotic or even a pornographic book. But the sexual content often feels dark, dirty, hopeless or sick.

But again - this authoress simply can write. So here's hoping for a new book with these skills well used!

I did attempt this book last year and asked to be excused because it was not for me. It would be unfair to give an opinion
