It’s been a few years since I read this book but I remember loving it! This book got 5 stars from me. I do remember really enjoying the connection between Caleb and Morgan! It might just be time for a reread.

This was the start of a new series by Jennifer Probst, it is like property brothers meets a romance novel. Which why haven't more people though of this to begin with. The story was a fantastic enemies to lovers book. They just really dont like each other and their inner thoughts about each other are great. I love that there is so much of this book from the Male point of view, it is not something that we see too often in the romance sphere. I also love that there are dogs featured in this book as with all of the books I have read by Jennifer Probst.

I was approached with this title just before the crazy whirlwind that was BEA.  I then proceeded to get pneumonia and forgot to get back to the publicists with my email address that I use for NetGalley but.... They thankfully took my plea for the title and sent me the link to grab this from NetGalley so here we go.  I had another title in front of it but once I started it I was hooked.

Imagine living your life trying to make your dad finally be happy.  Imagine not being completely true to yourself but living a sort of half-life as you struggle to finally get approval... If you can imagine that you have a lot of what Caleb is going thru as we open this book.  He then not only loses his dad he also is confronted with the fact that he now has to find a way to work with his two estranged brothers in order to save what he had made his life.  There is so much pain, hurt and sheer stubbornness holding the boys apart that you will want to just slap them but at the same time as the whole story unfolds you understand it.  Caleb is all strong, sexy MINE male but we see how much of a true softie he is.  He'll make you swoon and let's be honest ladies...  If you are lucky enough to find a man you are just barely getting involved with that says stubble is just fine...  well hell..  instant melt.  I mean we all know that spending time shaving our legs isn't our favorite thing but we also all know that for a new relationship or just fling we go the extra mile for smooth baby smooth.

Morgan made me happy with her fight, softness and general kick-ass personality so I enjoyed getting to see her hold her own against all the men.  I also felt for her when her story comes out as that would cause most women to give up hope but she's so much more than that.  She tried so hard to keep him at bay but there is something that just is with her and Caleb so you will enjoy seeing her lose the battle.  The first scene in the bar cracked me up and her reaction afterwards was immensely satisfying.  I also enjoyed how she just fit with them and wasn't afraid to wade in to the tension between the boys but also knew she had to let them figure it out between themselves.

Now...  I have to admit I am looking forward to the next story but honestly... the final brother will make me happy if what I think is true is true.  If it is true you will not be able to keep me from that book even if I am in the middle of something else.  The next book will prove painful I'm sure but if my hunch plays out then book 3 will just be ANGST CITY..... *sigh*

I also admit to being jealous of the work they were doing and could imagine the artistry that they created in the house.  I did have the chance to meet The Property Brothers while I was at BEA and found myself laughing as they were mentioned.  I'm pretty sure they would enjoy the fact that they were mentioned in here as they definitely have the sense of humor to enjoy it.

I liked this book. I have to say for some reason it took me a bit to get into but once I did I enjoyed it. I liked watching the relationship between Morgan and Caleb as well as Caleb and his brothers. I'm looking forward to reading the next book in the series.
My favorite books by Jennifer are still the Marriage Bargain Books!!!

Is it possible to give a book more than 5 stars? Because seriously, this one deserves at least 10.

The nod to Property Brother'sis what drew me in.
But man... This book gave me all my fun Property Brother's fantasies plus some haha.

I loved Morgan and Caleb so much.
And was sucked into their story so quickly.
They were so well thought out, and had so much dimension and emotion. I easily felt like they could be real life people instead of simple characters in a book. And I love that I felt that way. It just shows how wonderfully they were written.

This book is honestly a great summer read. And I wish I could have been out on a beach in the sun enjoying it.

The plot was so well written, and gave just that right balance of fun romance and great story.
And man I had a hard time not trying to picture Drew or Jonathan during this haha.
And I can't wait to see what this series has waiting for us.

Billionaire Builders series by Jennifer Probst will follow the stories of the Pierce Brothers. Each trying to save their family business after being estranged for some years and hoping to find their way to a happy ever after despite the tragedy that killed their mom.

This first installment, Every Way and Everywhere is about Caleb, the oldest Pierce brother. Trying his best to keep the family business afloat, he will need the help from his estranged brothers. Reluctantly, they obliged but the biggest hurdle yet is working with the high-end home designer from LA.

Morgan Rains just got the proposition of her life. It’s not her typical MO to accept such a proposition but how can she resist Caleb Pierce of the Pierce Brothers Builders. This Pierce Brother is strong, good looking and has one hell of a backside, making him good company until she finishes this high-end project. But thinking this arrangement will be short term was a big mistake. Their attraction is way too strong to keep it casual.

I enjoyed Caleb and Morgan’s story. Probst does a good job telling their jaded, career minded, adult lives. Though there was a tiny bit of angst in the story, I found Caleb and Morgan’s story relatable. As with anyone in their 30s, Caleb and Morgan are finding their way in this world. Morgan trying to make her mark on her own merit and Caleb trying to prove that he can manage the business on his own. I love how driven they are in what they do and when they get together, they can be more passionate in what they do. I love the humor and the little banter they had going on. The sexual tension between them was high and I have to admit they are a pretty hot couple.

Overall, Every Way and Everywhere has plenty of tension, family drama, and one hell of a sexy love story. I can always count on Probst to provide me a satisfying read.

Everywhere and Every Way was a funny, thoughtful read. That I may (or may not) have read at work today... But I had to!

Morgan is like a interior design coordinator to the stars. She is the intermediary between the client and the construction company. Morgan is very good at her job and makes sure the best contractor in the Harrington area, Pierce Brothers Construction, builds her clients' vision.

Caleb is just trying to keep his family's legacy alive. His father puts in a stipulation in his will that Caleb must live and run the company with his brothers and turn a profit for a year.

Definitely a series I will be looking forward to more of. There are more stories with Dalton, Tristan and even Brady. And some of the women in the town.
