Chole is dreading attending her sister's wedding because it means facing her parents, and that never ends well. Meeting Kade is serendipidous, and he seems to turn up just when she needs him, but can something fake bring them lasting happiness? It's a spicy cowboy romance with a couple you invest in. I believe in their attraction, but the emotional connection they form so quickly is less convincing. Nevertheless, the storytelling is good, and Kade's secrets create additional tension, and the romance is lovely.
