Such a sweet book to have on your nightstand. Practicing gratitude could be tricky and hard, but this book is a true inspiration. I loved it so much I had to buy a physical copy to have in my library.

Sadly this book was archived before I could download to read it. It has been added to my TBR and I’ll keep an eye out for it again in the future or at my local library.

I will fully admit that the bright and cheery cover is what first drew me in, and the simple but effective text "Gratitude". This was a wonderful quick read but I also find it to be a great resource to assist in putting in the work to make positive changes. It is not only a very attractive book, it is an instant mood lifter. It's filled with great quotes and activities you can do to work on your perspective and attitude.

This is a short book discussing the attitude of gratitude. It begins with a definition of the word. The first section shows the reader how to recognize, appreciate and rejoice gratitude. There are affirmations in each section. The first affirmation is “Today I am grateful for what I have right now.”

The second section asks the reader to tell people how grateful you are. This is followed by another affirmation and quotes. The next section addressed appreciation followed by a task to write down a memory. The author asks the reader to find wonderment in everyday experiences. She also advises to look for the positive instead of the negative and appreciate life.

This an uplifting book. Although it is small, there are many quotes throughout the book that make the reader take notice and feel good about the small things in life that are often overlooked. She discusses the importance of courtesy and giving back. At the end of the book, there are several top ten lists of ways to be grateful. This is a book that can be read over and over.

a cute little book that does not go into any depth, and does not cover anything that one can not find easily by using google. Still, it was a pleasant enough read.
