I've been canning all of my life. I started as a little girl with my grandma. We would do all kinds of goodies. It wasn't until I became a mama did I really understand the importance of such labor. This book is not only perfect for those who've been raised on the art, but it's incredibly useful for newbies as well. Beautiful photos and easy to understand illustrations makes this a keeper for me! Now, I'm gonna pick up a physical copy too!
