A most delightful children's Fantasy, about magic and love of siblings and family, and most especially, about finding and becoming one's True Self; and therefore, a beloved Fantasy for all ages!

Wonderfully woven, this is the story of two children: Abigail, 7; Chris, 11. They with their parents have just moved house, with an expansive garden and a hugely old Oak that Abby delights to climb, while Chris reads and practices (English) football. The garden shed serves up a ghost rabbit, a ghost cat, a ghost dog, plus other, less-friendly, ghost creatures. The children are recognized as possessing magic by a pair of neighbors, two "wise women," and soon Abby and Chris must enter the Land of Fairy and fight through illusions, glamour, and trickery to rescue a loved one.
