Tackling one of the modern worlds greatest fears, this books aims to explain to a certain extent what is happening to otherwise normal individuals to make them commit atrocities. The author deals with this topic sensitively, and never takes the easy explanation at face value but instead ensures that all aspects are discussed in detail. Whilst there never is one answer to such a complex question, this book goes a long way in showing the radicalization is not just about religion.

Great information, good research, and scary as hell. Does this really go on in people's minds? A straight up look at the sickness that threatens to destroy our world. Makes you look twice at your neighbors.

Radicalized

You can't watch the news in today's world, without there being mention of terrorists, ISIS, jihadists, bombings...you get the gist.

Radicalized explores what is making this generation of 'regular' young people turn extreme and become radicalized. This is a book that everyone should read. As a Muslim who absolutely condemns all these acts of terrorism, this book is accessible, engaging and so informative, it really is a must read.

I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book, with thanks to Netgalley and the publisher. 5*
