I've been a fan of Mark Gimenez's legal thrillers since his debut, 2005's THE COLOR OF LAW.
THE ABSENCE OF GUILT is the third novel to star Scott Fenney series. It does a great job of bringing together America's ongoing "War on Terrorism", political emotion, and America's bullish legal system.
Well-written, well-paced, and an accessible read. Looking forward to Gimenez's next novel.
