This is an entertaining, often unbelievable, account of corporate politics and the cast of characters we often encounter in the average American company. Crisci's writing is frenetic and personal as he describes the usual unfortunate personas we see in today's politically correct workplace- the conniving HR director, the out-of-their-element management team, the desperate mid-level executive on the brink of ruin. The story is best when it describes the behind-the-scenes meetings that take place as the protagonist, Martin Ruff, is forced from his position. The family sub-plots are interesting too. This book would be great for fans of Michael Crichton's Disclosure as an interesting complimentary piece to their library of corporate misadventure stories. - Amazon Review
