Description
Abby Maguire’s first day in a new town and new job could be her last. Instead of writing about the weekend bake sale, she has to give a statement to the police. It seems the small town of Eden is not the idyllic place she'd imagined it to be. There's a killer on the lose but the finger of suspicion is pointed at Abby.
Clean read: no graphic violence, sex, or strong language but lots of fun, quirky dialogue & characters.

The perfect cozy mystery! Sonia Parin has become one of my favorite authors. If you love cozy mysteries you need to read her books! - Amazon Customer
Sonia Parin is an author to watch. This quick, fun, clean (no bad language, not even innuendos) read is a good way to pass a sunny day at poolside or on the beach. - Amazon Customer
This author is new to me, but I had great fun reading this book. Homey setting, interesting characters, and a plot that moved along nicely. I'll be back for the next book! - Amazon Customer
A great new series. Moving hundreds of miles for a new job is left up in the air when she finds her new employer's body. Who would kill the well loved newspaper owner and why. Loved the way she stumbles around as she looks into his life and possible motives. The characters are down to earth but slightly kooky at the same time. The plot is well played out in a very low key way that sucks you even further in. Terrific read. - Amazon Customer
