Very interesting book showing frailties of humans. I enjoyed the book. It was fast paced with a great plot. Characters were all well developed and believable. Looking forward to sequel.

This is primarily the story of Sarah and Caleb, royalty from biblical times. An attack goes wrong, and their father loses the battle. Sarah and Caleb becomes slaves, are shipped away on a slave ship which runs into trouble and Sarah and Caleb freeze to death. This is the end of Part 1.

Part 2 is present day when a group of friends camping run into Sarah and Caleb who are very much alive and show up in their town of Globe, Arizona. Life changes for Davy Carrington and his family and friends, when it is discovered that Sarah and Caleb are the vehicle for a race of aliens to make contact with those that live on the surface of the earth.

This was one of the few books that I read over the past year that I couldn't put down, and I would have finished it earlier had life not gotten in the way. I found Part 1 to be very slow and I could not figure out where it was going, but once I got to Part 2, it moved at a face enough pace to keep me engaged and wanted to find out what was coming next. This was an excellent and enjoyable read and while the title was puzzling at first, it became clearer as I progressed through Part 2. I highly recommend the book.

This is another excellent title from Black Rose Writing. Thanks to Netgalley, the publisher and the author for the opportunity to read the book and provide this voluntary review.

An interesting time travel story with a pretty good plot and interesting characters. I thought it started a little slow, but once it gets going, I stayed engaged. The story was a little uneven, but that didn't take away from my overall enjoyment. I look forward to the next installment.

I really appreciate the copy from NetGalley for review!!
