Description

NYT bestselling author Carrie Ann Ryan concludes a brand new series where second chances don’t come often, and overcoming an unexpected loss means breaking everything you knew.

The day I lost my best friend was the day I realized that I’d been living in the past. I’ve tried to find a way to heal, to mend that break. Somehow, I came through it partially whole. But I know I couldn’t have done that without Aiden Connolly.

The problem is, he once loved my best friend. And now she’s gone, and I refuse to be in that shadow, or worse, a replacement for someone we both loved.

~~

I left them all behind.

My brother.

My family.

My best friend.

And her.

Only Sienna Knight doesn’t realize what she means to me. But before I can make sure she knows, I need to figure out exactly what that is.

Falling With You by Carrie Ann Ryan is book Three in the Fractured Connections Series. This is the story of Sienna Knight and Aiden Connolly. I have read the previous books but feel you can make this a standalone book if you wish to do so.
Sienna and Aiden have to deal with a loss but they are having to face the feelings that they have been having between the them. This is a emotional read for me but I cry at almost everything when I read. But I really did enjoy their story.

The third book in this series, The Fractured Connections series’s, is every bit the standalone that the other two books were. The relationship among the other characters will be more familiar if you have read the previous books, but I honestly don’t think it matters. Aiden and Sienna get their HEA in this story, about a couple who struggle to be with each other. They have previous baggage connected with a character no longer with the group. The fact that they both are horrible at communicating ( a common theme in romance) hinders the relationship greatly. I enjoyed them finding out what their faults were and coming to terms with them so they could be a couple. The secondary characters of the cats were some of my favorite scenes. As always, an enjoyable series by Carrie Ann Ryan.

My first book of this series, I really enjoyed it and am very keen to go back and read the rest. Loved the storyline and the chemistry. Will definitely be reading more by this author.
