Description

This series follows Khadir Daher, a young man who has never stepped outside his place of birth. Craving an escape from his suffocating surroundings of tall buildings and concrete floors, he wished to travel to a place where he could experience a different culture, but in a familiar setting.

His father understood his son's wish and agreed with his reasoning. But the similarities ended there . While Khadir was looking towards more tourist friendly locations for his escape, his father had other ideas. He believed this to be the ideal opportunity for Khadir to discover his roots and learn the way of life he experienced growing up.

this was a great start to a series, the characters were great and I really enjoyed the setting. I look forward to more issues from the author.
