One Perfect Marriage is an unputdownable thriller. It had me on the edge of my seat since the beginning.

Mackenzie, Robin, and Lily have been best friends for years. After everything they have been through that has brought them closer together they don’t think anything can tear them apart. Is that true or are there certain things that their friendship can’t handle?

There are so many lies and secrets in One Perfect Marriage. It starts with murder and then goes back and then goes back nine days to what caused the murder. The book has chapters in Mackenzie, Robin and Lily’s point of view as well as a few chapters from other characters point of view. All the characters are very interesting and I enjoyed watching them deal with their secrets.

One Perfect Marriage contains drug addiction, rape, abusive relationships and murder. There are so many lies you won’t find out what really happened until the very end.

Sarah Borges did a great job narrating the audiobook and had the perfect voice for the characters. I read the book and listened to the audiobook and enjoyed both equally.

I highly recommend One Perfect Marriage to fans of domestic thrillers.

Thank you NetGalley and Harper Collins Audio UK for this audiobook ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Mackenzie Lily and Robin 3 best friends for more than two decades They met in college and still are best friends till now. The story revolves around these three friends who have a lot of secrets and drama in their lives which goes back 20 years.
The story covers a vast range of topics like friendship, family, marriage, abuse, betrayal and secrets.
I have mixed feeling for the characters. The book has a lot of characters but am I never felt that I was distracted And was easily able to keep track of every characters and story which was the best part of the story.
I finished the book in a setting and was hooked from the beginning till the end. It is a page-turner which keeps you on the edge. I am definitely going to read more books from the author.
Book is narrated by Sarah Borges and I absolutely love the narration as it made the characters flesh and blood.
This is highly recommended to those who like thrillers plus women's fiction.
Thank you Netgalley and publisher for One Perfect Morning.

One Perfect Morning is a brilliant thriller/women's fiction novel.

The storyline centres around three best friends from college (Robyn, McKensie and Lilly). Fast forward 20 years and they're still friends, tangled in a sticky web of lies, secrets and relationship problems. It had me hooked.

The book tracks the characters from present and flashes back to their past, giving their stories context.

I felt it took a while for the story to get going, but once it did, it was action-packed and had me glued.

My only negative with this book was that I'd almost go as far as to say it was a little too action-packed - it sometimes took me a moment to catch up with what was happening in the storyline. That said, I was fully invested and couldn't put it down.

The main characters are really well developed and I was really invested in them. This was a particular bonus considering the number of main characters in the book.

Sarah Borge's narration of this audiobook only adds to the drama - she did an excellent job - particularly in voicing the character dialogue.

If you enjoy a dramatic thriller, this is definitely the one to read for 2020.

With thanks to Netgalley, author and publisher for the ARC in return for an honest review.

This is a single narrator piece. I enjoyed listening to Sarah Borges, her voice was clear and had good rhythm. The different character voices were entertaining.

The story starts with Mackenzie contemplating killing her abusive husband it then rewinds so we can discover the background for her decision.

All three women are struggling with the past and through their present day life, they're desperately trying to keep up appearances but then their stories begin to unravel and clash catastrophically........ With revenge, divorce and even murder on their mind Mackenzie, Lily and Robin try to take back control!

One perfect Morning is full of gossip, deceit and revenge.....a mix of Desperate Housewives and Big Little Lies!

The story is told from the three points of view of the women, giving us a full insight to their narratives. Throughout the story we hear snippets from the past and build up a fuller view of the characters and the essence of the story.
An addictive story with a fitting finale!!

I’m going to start right off by saying this is one of my top reads so far in 2020. The story surrounds three college friends - Mackenzie, Robin and Lily who now twenty years later are living in the same perfect neighbourhood. On the outside, these women have perfect lives. Two of them are presently married with children. However, as the book reveals, not everything is as perfect as it seems. Told from the point of view of all three women, we learn that secrets, disloyalties and deceptions from the past and present are sometimes stronger than the bonds of friendship.
I was highly entertained by this storyline which I categorize as a combination of Women’s Fiction/Thriller. The author has created likeable and relatable characters. The book is a quick read and I couldn’t wait to do a household task so I could listen to more (and I hate housework)! The flow and transition of the book are logical and well presented. The author identifies, with sensitivity, topics of rape, spousal abuse, sexual consent, misogyny, and drug abuse. These topics are not dwelled on and are important to the storyline - I only mention it here as to warn those who are completely intolerant of such subjects. This would be the perfect read for book clubs.
I listened to the audiobook version of the book which was narrated by Sarah Borges who was perfectly cast as an age appropriate woman. I appreciated her strong and articulate voice- one that doesn’t feel as though she was simply reading the book. Her performance enhanced an already amazing book.
Thanks to Netgalley and HarperCollins Audio UK for the ARC of this book in exchange for the honest review provided here.

Audio version of this book 📚- I found this to be one of those books that take quite awhile to get going but end up getting so gripping you just have to keep on listening!! Each chapter was told by a Different character which linked the storyline to a dramatic ending with lots of twists and turns! I found this book raised many questions such as ‘What would I have done in that situation?’ Really thought provoking! After listening to the book I did wonder about the title and cover as , without giving the plot away , It didn’t seem to match. The narration was good , and The narration was good as the narrator did make the characters voices different but not to the extent of over acting which many narrators do which made it an enjoyable listen. made it an enjoyable listen

Four women, friends since college, all living in the same neighborhood with their perfect lives and perfect families. But, beneath the surface, rot and decay have set in. One woman, pushed too far by her husband’s betrayal, exacts the ultimate price. How far will her friends go to protect her and hide her secret. Borges’s light southern drawl hides a woman scorned, one who will not stay her fury

This is a Women's Fiction that follow three best friends (Mackenzie, Robin and Lily), but it reads like a thriller. All three of the best friends has a lot going on and some of the drama goes back 20 years. I normally do not love books that as so many main people that has so much drama, but I really enjoyed this book. This book was fast-paced, and it is emotionally charged which keeps you wanting to find out what is going to happen next. I loved the audiobook, and the narrator was really good. I was kindly provided an e-audiobook of this book by the publisher (HarperCollins Audio UK & Avon) or author (Pamela Crane) via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review about how I feel about this book, and I want to send a big Thank you to them for that. This book is schedule to be release on August 20-2020.
