Description

A Lonely Rose Afloat.  At some point in your life, have you ever felt alone? Have you ever felt lost, isolated, or perhaps a little selfish? Well, this book dives into those states of being.

Jordan Wells has added a new piece of work to his collection. "A Lonely Rose" is a book that goes deep into Wells' spirit and his mind, looking to settle the scores of why he felt this sense of loneliness in his life.

You will experience a new collection of poetry that correlates to his style of writing from his previous books, as well as a few short stories, "Charli's Chance" and "The Forbidden Lake." Wells touches on topics that speak of what people have experienced in life; fear, love affairs, and some thriller. You will see a more vulnerable side of Jordan Wells. A side where he shares with you, the reader, his truth, his pain, and his fading regrets.

What Wells wants you to gain from "A Lonely Rose," is some entertainment of course, but also your imagination. Imagine being that lonely rose that you see, lost in the deep blue sea, hoping that one day, you find your purpose, your destiny, you find yourself. Jordan Wells presents to you, "A Lonely Rose."

A Lonely Rose Afloat.  At some point in your life, have you ever felt alone? Have you ever felt lost, isolated, or perhaps a little selfish? Well, this book dives into those states of being.

A lovely book of prose on the human condition. This book explores the depths of depravity and the heights of human kindness. I recommend this book for all the love poetry.

A lonely Rose

First, I really appreciated the author stating that there would be some stories containing content not suitable for everyone. They even named the specific stories, so if you feel they could trigger or offend you, you have the option to skip.

I loved this. It was engaging, and I connected with the poems. It was one of those books that I didn’t know I needed, especially in this trying time. The book explored many themes including love, loneliness and the human condition. They were beautifully written, seemed to flow into each other, and I really enjoyed the author’s writing. I will definitely look out for more works in the future.
