What a gift!!! I love this beautiful book. I enjoy the illustrations and the colour palette. The characters are nicely developed and drawn. It helped me to realise that I don’t see enough of the city I live in. Lovely message and story, great work!

Beautifully illustrated with a great use of colour, this is a gorgeous picture book which has a place in all classrooms! Gentle prose takes us on a journey with Grandpa to a charity shop, where we find an unexpected treasure and this teaches us to look for beauty in the most mundane of places.
