This is a soap opera out of this world! It is a world filled with lies, deception, treachery, secrets, lust, betrayals. After all the excitement, I feel exhausted from holding my breath. In the beginning, it was a little confusing with memories, flashbacks and jumping the timeline forwards and backwards. Plus the fact that I have not had the opportunity to read the previous three volumes, I had to go back and reread some pages to clarify some things. However, at the half way mark, a HUGH, unexpected blast ripped open the story to a roller coaster ride of excitement, emotions and mystery. The devastating blows kept raining on DJ and Eve without stopping, much like an ice storm pounding down with baseball size hail! This story is packed with one bombshell after another. It is deserving of more than five stars. I was given an ARC in exchange for an honest review. Five Stars.
