Description
An unseen assassin murders a young black artist from Chicago's seamy South Side. Former Chicago Police Detective, now Private Investigator Louis Vetters, is hired to find the killer by the boy's grandfather, a wealthy and powerful attorney in the Loop. No questions asked and money is no object, but his client soon proves more dangerous than the suspects Louis pursues.
Vetters must do a solo act against the Chicago gangs, putting his health, his wife's and family under threat.
Meanwhile, Louis' muscle-bound neighbor believes his sizzling hot wife is stepping out on him, and wants Louis to find out with who, so he can break the man in half.
