Let the Universe Caress

Cyn is fine with the status quo. Using his abilities to protect the public is the life planned out for him by DEUS, the organization that controls dark energy users. There’s no reason for him to fight back, at least not yet. If he occasionally misses his former best friend, that’s something he’ll keep to himself.

Tavi isn’t okay with the way things are. He’s back and determined to take his rightful place by his best friend and first love’s side, but it won’t be easy because in the three years he’s been gone, Cyn has changed and he’s keeping some secrets of his own.

In a future where a small percentage of the population is born with the ability to harness dark energy, Tavi must decide how much freedom he’s willing to sacrifice for a chance to reclaim Cyn’s heart.

Meanwhile, Cyn must decide if Tavi is worth the risk of revealing his own secrets and shackling himself to a system he hates or deceiving everyone to keep himself safe.
