JD Tatum had traveled a long way aways from the 1800’s but here he was in the present day searching for his wife, Lily, who he had lost to a gang of four men. If they didn’t turn her over to him, their fate was in his hands.
He set out to take everything from them as they had done him many years before. He paid a visit to each of the men, using trickery and even wizardy, that would later lead them to one another. Neither men could explain what was happening right before their eyes that they soon concluded that the happenings had to be coming from a deceased soul. The men found their way to each other by arranging a past life regression by hypnosis. While under hypnosis, they found out they were a gang in Hickory Hills, Virginia, in their past lives and attempted to kidnap Lily Tatum for ransom.
Accidentally killing Lily, they buried her in a remote area, leaving Tatum to an endless search for his true love. Can the men solve the mystery and right a wrong that was committed centuries ago, and reconnect Tatum with the love of his life? Or will the men fail in their efforts, and lose everything that ever mattered to them?

Desperately Seeking Lily tells the story of an old man who travels century to century looking for his beloved wife. I was moved by the character's passion for his wife as he travels through time searching for the men responsible. This book was an exciting read and always kept me on my toes! Anyone who enjoys mysteries, mixed in with some romance and sci-fi, will be pleased with this book.

I am confused by the other reviewer's comments. I found this book to be very creative and descriptive. I feel perhaps, the author shared too much in the description, which could've left little to be expected, but the book was well thought out and an excellent, suspenseful read!
