Oh my gosh! Valerie Keogh knocks this one completely out of the park! Just when I think her writing can’t possibly get better. This one hooked me from the very beginning and just never let go.
So many characters to love (or hate). I just could not decide which way to choose, so many secrets and lies. And I might’ve had to rethink nurture vs nature. So many things to love about this book.

The Mistress is Valerie Keogh’s latest fast paced thriller that I could not put down. The ending was great. A few twists thrown in that she loves to do makes this a fantastic read! I am a big fan of this Author her books always pull you in from the first page and this one was another addictive read. Hannah has had enough of her husband's abuse he a lot older than her it was always the money that kept her there. when she is recovering from his latest abuse on her she finds an old photo of an old boyfriend Mark. and decides she will get him back at any cost to others Susan is Marks wife and she certainly no pushover and at the moment she fells lost with her son going to university. Hannah is very cold but very good at getting the men she wants as the hussy she is. But Susan will fight to keep what is her s its an amazing read so recommend this authors books
