This was such a fun story! It was more wordy than my almost four year old would have liked and he didn't want to sit still for it all, but he did enjoy the story. Maybe in a year or two he would enjoy it more. I loved the art and the story.

Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for providing me with this book in exchange for my review! All opinions are my own.

This was a charming book, that I am sure would've been a favorite of mine if it was published when I was little. I loved the story and the illustrations and I can see this being a hit at story hours at libraries across the country!

I received an ARC from NetGalley in exchange of an honest review. Thank you!
This is a lovely little story about what happens to children's lost teeth. Gabriel is interested in everything related to the stars and space travel, so helping repair the Tooth Fairy's rocket is the beginning of special adventures for him. This earns him a trip to the land of the tooth fairies. I felt that the introduction of the country was a bit short and we don't get to know much about the tooth fairies before Gabriel heads back.
The illustrations are very nice, but sometimes it is confusing that next to a full-page illustration, the text can be read on a plain white background.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this one to my little girl. How refreshing to read a new twist on the well known tooth fairy stories. The book follows a smart and inventive little boy and his very exciting adventure with a tooth fairy.

I really liked the book and i liked the story, Although it mostly talk about rocket ships. In my opinion i think the book i just read was a good book because I love space too. This book was fun to read.- review from my son Anthony

Cute book! I would have liked the book to go more in to how he deals a lot with speaking about rocket ships and his teacher telling him to give other kids a turn. How can kids learn to do that or what are some tools they can use?
Overall cute book!

Any book that involves fairies is my kind of book for a kid. I loved how the tooth fairy not only needs help from the young boy who lost his tooth but also inspires him to be who he is. I found this story to be magical and imaginative. It's a perfect fit for young kids. As a parent, I would read this book with my child.

Love Always, Catherine

Didn’t think I would read a better book on this subject after reading The Tooth Fairy by Graham Joyce (not suitable for children).

This children’s tale of a familiar character lifts the basic elements above the basic aspects of what is imagined.

That the writer involves the boy’s own dreams and aspirations interwoven into the simple facts, placing the tooth under one’s pillow.

I loved the illustrations and the created land where the organisation and processing of the letter, the recovered milk teeth and the financial contributions made so much sense. The pictures beautifully enhance the simple text.

Above all, it is the integration of Gabriel into the story that means our children will also get involved with this book and re-kindle the whole ethos and wonderment of the Tooth Fairy.

Firstly I would like to thank Sharon Leya , Jennifer Saylor and NetGalley for giving me the opportunity to read this beautiful and magical children's book.
Recently Published the story follows the adventure of 6 year old Gabriel on the night that he looses his first tooth . The story itself being a modern twist and retelling of the many traditional tooth fairy stories we have grown up to adore.
The book itself is beautifully illustrated by Ivan Sulima and to say that these pictures are mesmerising is a large understatement . The work and craftsmanship that must have gone into creating this is surely a labour of love. I wholeheartedly looked forward to turning every page as the drawings made the story jump from the pages .
The tale itself is so engaging for young readers and very heartwarming .
A quote from the book that stood out to me was ' 'When you're a grownup instead of just counting the stars , you could become an astronaut and visit them'
It gives every reader the self confidence that the impossible can be possible if you have a dream .
I also loved the detail that went into the book even to the point that a template was included at the end of the story which gave children the opportunity to write their own letter to the tooth fairy .
A beautiful read that I would encourage any parent to buy .

What a lovely imagining of what happens to our teeth once they’ve been lost and taken by ‘the tooth fairy.’ It was a pleasant surprise to have a tinkerer’s point of view when it came to this book. I loved all the space and rocket ship details, my boy would love to read this book. One note, as a parent I will struggle a little with the reading the name Birnbry aloud, thankfully it only appears twice in the book.

Thank you so much to Booksgosocial/ Orange Puffin Playgrounds and Netgalley for the ebook to read and review.

Gabriel a little boy who loves space, stars and tinkering with his makespace, loses his first tooth leaving him with questions of what happens to his tooth and why do the fairies take them.

I loved how imaginative this was, from start to finish full of creativity and imagination. Gabriel had such a curious mind, so full of wonder, dreams and questions and as he dreams about what is happening to his tooth he gets a trip to fairyland to find his answers.

This is a wonderful story sharing about the stars, about space, about tooth Fairies and teeth. The Illustrations were amazing to look at, so beautifully done and the story was wonderful, your imagination flies with Gabriel as he gets to explore something you can only do in your dreams.

A wonderful read for those with imaginative minds, for space loving children and those curious about how and why things happen. So much wonder is within this book, with beautiful illustrations and a lovely imaginative story.

I loved the illustrations and the storyline. The only thing I think could be improved on is the text - I think the book and it's readers would benefit from more spacing in between the text/the text being more spread out.

This is a beautifully illustrated, enchanting children’s book. I love the concept, and it’s something I definitely wondered when I was a child!

I love the way the font style is played around with: way lines, different sizes, specific words highlighted etc. I think this makes for a more engaging read.

Overall I think this is a cute story, age appropriate, and something I would recommend!
