In this romantic adventure, Jo Franklin takes the reader on a journey down the Nile and through the Valley of the Kings, Karnak and many other temples. “It was the atmosphere in one of the tombs in the Valley of the Kings which sent my imagination soaring,” Jo explains. “As I wandered down to the last resting place of a great nobleman long since dead, I wanted to bring that person back to life so I could talk to him about his time and his loves. The only way I could do it was to write about him.”
