This novel is precisely what I would like to read when there is snow on the ground, and I want to be engrossed in a read that takes my mind off of everything! Beautiful writing and gorgeous historical setting.

An intriguing family saga. From the eccentric Gloria, to her daughter Flick, the 'poor little rich girl', who wants freedom, to Etta, Flick's daughter, who's not sure if she should look after her mother and sister, or go her own way. Plenty of interesting characters come and go, shaping the course of their lives. Very enjoyable.

A wonderful story which really grabbed me and straight away I was hooked. Such an interesting story which I've come to expect from Lulu Taylor. I've read most of her books and she knows how to write a good book. My thanks to netgalley and the publisher's for giving me the opportunity to read this book in return for an honest review.

A Legacy of Secrets by Lulu Taylor
When you pick up a book by this wonderful author you know you are in for a perfect read , and this title did not disappoint . Also I don't think I've ever made a comment before on a books actual title , but this one fitted it perfectly.
It has it all intrigue , family secrets , truths , arguments , and getting togethers .
Wonderful characters and a great plotline .
It truly has it all.

A wonderful book from Lulu Taylor. A Legacy of Secrets has everything you could wish for in a family saga. Secrets, romance, fallings out amongst family members. You name it it's in there. The characters just jump off the page. I especially enjoyed the hilariously, horrible and self centered matriarch Gloria! What a joy! I absolutely loved reading every word of this book and am very sad I've finished it. Definitely a 5* read.
