Description
A Magic and Adventure Bedtime Illustrated Chapter Story Book for Kids Ages 3–9
Join Magic Macy on Her Next Unforgettable Adventure!
After her brave journey with the Woodland People and the Ogre, Macy is back for another magical mission—this time, one that takes her deep beneath the earth and all the way to Africa!
When a mysterious rat-a-tat-tat on her window wakes her one night, Macy meets Harrison, a tiny mole-like protector from an underground world in trouble. Armed with her silver Magic Trainers with rainbow laces, Macy races across continents—past Buckingham Palace, the Eiffel Tower, and the pyramids of Egypt—to Zimbabwe, where an enormous Giant is forcing Harrison’s people to mine for coins.
With courage, quick thinking, and the flash of a camera, Macy must uncover the Giant’s secret and bring peace to two very different worlds. Along the way, she learns that even the biggest problems can have the smallest, kindest solutions.
A Story of Friendship, Understanding & Bravery
Through this exciting adventure, Magic Macy and the Giant teaches children the value of compassion, problem-solving, and seeing beyond appearances. Macy’s kindness helps her discover that even a scary Giant may simply need… a friend.

Big Adventure, Bigger Heart
Magic Macy and the Giant is a sweet, magical adventure that proves bravery, kindness, and a good pair of magical trainers can take you anywhere in the world.
Magic Macy and the Giant is a warm and imaginative bedtime adventure that blends magic, travel, and kindness into a story young readers will easily fall in love with. Macy’s journey from her bedroom window to faraway places like Africa feels exciting without ever becoming overwhelming, and the message about solving problems with compassion comes through beautifully. I really enjoyed reading this because it felt gentle and adventurous at the same time, and the illustrations added so much charm that it made the story perfect for slowing down and reading together before bed.
This is the kind of bedtime story that makes kids wide eyed and adults quietly smile.
I loved this book because Magic Macy is brave without being bossy and kind without being boring, and her adventure with the Giant kept me flipping pages even though I knew it was meant for kids. The story is fun, colorful, and full of heart, and I liked that it showed how being thoughtful can actually fix big problems. If you want a story that feels magical, cozy, and meaningful all at once, this one is a great pick for bedtime or anytime reading. ✨🌍👟📘

This book was really good! We really.enjoyed the illustrations and meaning behind the book! My daughter with a vision impairment also enjoyed the illustrations.
I would love to see this book on the shelves at my library. This book would have had 8 year old me giddy! As a huge geography and travel lover, I related to this fun, light-hearted story. I read this with my 4 year old who enjoyed it. What kid doesn’t want a magic power or to feel like a super hero?! The main character, Macy, appeals to both boys and girls. The chapters are short but engaging enough to keep the reader turning the page. The illustrations are beautiful. Great morals represented such as being kind and helpful to all. Parents will enjoy reading this with their kids. You don’t need to have read the first book to understand this one.
Thanks to NetGalley and the independent publisher for the advanced reader copy!
