Aaron Scot Kaplan is a clinical psychologist and the host of Mind Tricks Radio, a podcast that explores psychological concepts and their real-world applications. Based in Honolulu, Hawaii, Dr. Kaplan brings over two decades of clinical experience to his writing, with a focus on the intersection of psychology, culture, and human behavior. He has traveled to more than thirty countries, conducting psychological research and volunteer work across diverse communities. Dr. Kaplan earned his bachelor's degree in psychology from Pitzer College and completed his master's and doctorate in clinical psychology at the University of Hawai'i at Mānoa.
