The Shape of Magic is an immersive beautifully written debut novel. I loved the magic, the friendships, and the exploration of academia and power structures. And Kevyn is my absolute favourite!

The Shape of Magic is thought provoking and often throughout feels like the story is wrapping you in a warm embrace. I felt like the story starts a bit slow but it keeps a steady pace until around 65% which is when it really starts to pick up. I definitely recommend it.
