It's a dangerous thing to know too much.

Expect the unexpected in the ingenious new thriller from the bestselling author of Every Move You Make and It's Always the Husband.

Oxford University, 1995.

Three student deaths in three weeks can't be a coincidence. Ned Marlowe doesn't think so, but no one wants to listen to him: not his professor or the clique of elitist psychology undergraduates he supervises.

Then Celia, a student in a nearby building, tells Ned what she saw the night of the last death, and his suspicions deepen into obsession.

Someone is trying to stop him from getting to the truth. The less he knows, the better.

But Ned can't let it go...

BEST BOOK YET!

I have read a lot of CLTaylor and she never disappoints but this one - what a ride!! I read it. in two dates flat, I could not stop, I needed to know the ending, where it was going and I was not disappointed. A great twist but also the psychological impact of trauma is very well done, still keeps the thriller mystery element whilst exploring the darker corners of the human mind and now it makes sense of the things that happen to us.

I read a lot of crime & thrillers and sometimes you get a little tired by the genre. Not this time, this is a great story, told well with a clever sustained well plotted ending and character development.
