As one year ended and another began, seven completely unrelated individuals were feeling slight tremors shifting the reality they had been born into. Recent news reels brought an uneasy sense of slowly sleepwalking into the erosion of a world they understood. As the world turned into chaos and new crises confronted their local communities, a charismatic illusionist, Loft Woliter, brought them together. Challenging them to imagine a different future for us all.

Finding new ways to deal with the challenges so that, together, a new future could be created, the team infiltrate the structures and systems which create inequality. Using distraction techniques and employing a combination of on-the-ground actions and custom designed online platforms and mobile apps, they galvanise several generations of the population, spurring them into action.

Loft challenges them ‘to start an Evolution to set us free’, suggesting that ‘it might not seem possible, but what if we all just said no at the same time?’

A Note From the Publisher

Carmen Gunn is an academic with experience teaching at all levels of education, here she learnt to understand the intersection of politics in all aspects of life. Reading, writing and the natural world have been life-long passions for Carmen alongside experiencing live music at gigs and festivals.
